Michael W. Miller, President and Managing Director, has over 25 years experience in the aerospace, telecommunications, information, and high technology industries as a venture capitalist, CEO, entrepreneur, and operational manager for several small and Fortune 500 firms. He led technology investments  as a Managing Director and Venture Partner for the venture funds of a $1B private equity firm. As CEO, he successfully built into emerging growth companies TracerNet and Arc Second. He also has held senior executive positions with Rockwell International, Orbital Sciences' founding team, and the Center for Innovative Technology. He has worked with dozens of firms as an advisor and board member in developing their businesses and in creating innovative financial and operational strategies. Mr. Miller holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago and degrees in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

W. Theodore Pierson, Jr., Director, has been a successful telecommunications attorney and entrepreneur for over 35 years. He was a co-founder of Advanced Radio Telecom (ART), a broadband local wireless loop company, which went public in 1996. He also successfully started a broadband wireless carrier in Poland, CEL Polska, which was successfully sold in 1999. He has acted as outside general counsel and Board member for many telecommunications firms and has handled a wide range of legal and strategic business matters. He has counseled start-up ventures in nearly every facet of the telecommunications industry, including long distance and local telephone companies, Internet service providers, cellular, PCS, cable networks, and equipment manufacturers. Mr. Pierson earned an L.L.B. from the George Washington University School of Law and an A.B. degree from Cornell University.
